WHAT THE BILL DID: The final vetoed version would exempt data that is reported to the Data System from the requirement that a victim's identifying and locating information be redacted, allow ACJC to require any criminal justice agency to submit any electronically reportable information, and prohibit ACJC from releasing disaggregated personally identifying information, locating information, photographs or mugshots of any individuals.
